2. You must be Connected to the Internet before Opening it, Connect your Pc to the Internet through your Phone using Bluetooth or Cable or use your MTN Modem and connect to the Internet.

3. Once you Open the "P" Icon, It will Open like Notepad but nothing will Appear Inside it,Dont Worry, Just Minimize it, Then Its Ready to Browse Free. Now Configure your Browser.

FOLLOW THE BELOW STEPS

1. Open the Mozilla through the Icon on your System desktop

2. When it Opens Click on TOOLS >> OPTION

3. Then NETWORK >> SETTINGS and the Below Image will be Shown  

4. You will be provided with 3 Option to Choose From. Choose the Last One (MANUAL CONFIGURATION)
Then Insert the Details given to you by Naijaloaded, Am talking about the IP & PORT. Enter the Following Info into the Space Provided

Use this Data in your Browser:
HTTP Proxy: 127.0.0.1
PORT: 8118

Then Save & Enjoy Browsing on your PC with Full Speed!

Then Privoxy that Appear with nothing Inside it before will Appear like this once you Start Browsing with it..
